The trip back to Malaysia was an eventful and tiring. We have a layover in Newark for 4 hours and our flight was delay for another 5 hours due to mechanical problem. We were stuck in the airport for 9 hours but MAS was very good and provide us bunch of sandwiches, snacks and drinks for all of us. Josh was doing great and I am very thankful to have a wonderful child.
While waiting for our aircraft fixed, I joined bunch of other Malaysian there and get to know each other. Chairs are out of the question once we starts the introduction, we used the floor and make ourselves comfortable….. time flies just like that.
After Newark we had a layover in Stockholm, Sweden and that was crazy. They can’t bring the stroller down because we have to take the stairs. By the way, they lost the stroller when we reached KLIA. Probably left it at Newark Airport.
Josh roaming around the waiting room in Stockholm Airport, Sweden.
Josh getting tired of sitting.
Once we reached KLIA, we took the next flight to my hometown. Since our flight was delay, MAS gave us a lunch voucher for the inconvenience. At the customer service counter they issue me a new ticket and told me to check for my stroller at the baggage area. I told them my luggage was check in directly to my final destination and I have no idea where the baggage area is. I also afraid I am going to miss my next flight because I wasn’t familiar with KLIA after 10 long years. They told me not to worry because they can get me a ground stuff to show me around. The guy was very helpful and he even lend me his handphone so I can call my sister to let her know about my new flight info. I gave him my lunch voucher and a few US dollar to pay his kindness. I have to say MAS was awesome! I am not bias because I was an ex MAS but I am just stating the truth.
As soon as we reached Kuala Terengganu Airport, my sister took us to a warong for ikan bakar and of course ABC. Gosh, I missed our food so much and I already told my mom that I want durian when I get home. lol
Who doesn’t love ABC? hehehe…. and he loves the spoon and want to take it home. Kicking and crying for the spoon but he got one at my parents house. He slept with the spoon in his hand too.
Josh enjoying our ABC
It was a very long journey but worth every single minute and I’ll do it again and again too. Now for the best part, enjoy the video of Josh. I have to warn you, the first video a little bit dark but the second video was priceless. Thanks to my sister for capturing this moment. I love it!!!

Some of the pictures from Mother’s day. A day before Mother’s Day, my mother in-law want to bring Josh for a haircut. This is his first haircut by a pro…… before that, Josh got his haircut at Salon Yatie free of charge. I was busy doing a little shopping for Mother’s day so, daddy took Josh to the salon with grandma. But I am happy they took bunch of pictures like I asked them. This salon is only for kids….. Josh was having fun sitting in his Home Depot racing car but he wasn’t too happy when the lady starts trimming his hair. At the end, daddy has to hold Josh on his lap while the lady cuts Josh’s hair. The salon also issued us a certificate after Josh was done with his haircut….. pretty cool, eh.
This is the project from Josh’s class for Mother’s Day.
Yesterday Josh turns 19 and I bought him a petite cherry cheesecake to celebrate. He was a happy camper, you can see it from the pictures below.
Hmmm…. what is this?
Ohhh…. it’s cherry. I love cherry.
My right hand is dirty so I am going to use my left hand.
Yum! It’s so gooood……
Now, what? Both of my hands are dirty.
Argh….. look at my left hand! Yuck!!!
I’m just going to keep digging the cake with my left hand.
Mummy: Have a bite, baby.
Hmmmm…… maybe just one more bite.
I’m full Mummy, it’s time for Yo Gabba Gabba!
My leftover for Mummy………

To my baby Josh, your happiness is my happiness and you always make me happy. I’m praying everyday that one day you’ll be “anak yang soleh”. Happy 19th months old, baby.

Here we are again ……. We caught cold again. Last Winter (cold seasons) we were sick over and over, non stop. Spring is allergy seasons and we already getting sick for the past 2 weeks. Maybe we need to live in a bubble like “Bubble Boy”. I should invest my money on Tylenol and Motrin’s stock since we’ve been taking this medicine like crazy.
Let’s get to the good part, I managed to snaps some pictures of Josh while we were goofing around at home.
Groceries shopping always a fun weekend day for us. Josh enjoys driving his car and his job is getting the items we purchased into the cart.
Last weekend we went to Bahama Breeze Restaurant for lunch with grandma. That was fun!
Lastly, but not least, we have Joshua’s picture eating his dinner all by himself.
My new favourite music video from Enrique Iglesias. He’s hot!!!! I love this guy not only because of his good look but his voice, his personality and I think he’s a little shy, funny and down to earth too. I hope you guys enjoy this video like I do.
